Richard Hughes founded Clear ph Design over two decades ago, turning a boutique graphic studio into a multi-disciplinary creative powerhouse for the luxury real estate and hospitality industries. From his roots in Nigeria and North Wales to global design work in Dubai, Richard’s storytelling vision continues to shape communities across Florida and beyond.
His proudest moment? Opening Clear ph’s new 3,400-square-foot design studio in 2024—an inspiring space that reflects the agency’s caliber and culture.
When the design industry shifted, Richard pivoted, boldly expanding services to include interior design, 3D visualization and branding. Today, he’s helping define St. Pete’s skyline, one project at a time. And with more than 80 design awards to date, he’s still just getting started.
