Robert “Bob” Stahl has led Stahl & Associates Insurance for over 40 years, growing it into Florida’s largest privately held insurance firm, before aligning with national powerhouse Higginbotham. When he acquired the agency in 1983, with limited resources, he relied on a relentless work ethic and a motto that still defines him: “When the bell rings, you come out swinging.”
His proudest moment? Welcoming his children, Brittany and Robby, into the business. “There’s nothing more rewarding than building something lasting with family,” he says.
Stahl gives back through major philanthropy, including a transformational gift to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, and mentors others to lean into discomfort for growth.
