Tricia Taliaferro has spent her career breaking barriers in women’s soccer, from leading NCAA programs to coaching the U.S. Women’s Cerebral Palsy National Team to a World Cup victory. Now, as executive director of Tampa Bay United Soccer Club, she’s reshaping youth soccer with an emphasis on access, development and community impact.
With a U.S. Soccer A License and deep ties to the Federation, Taliaferro continues to lead with empathy, grit and strategy. Her approach blends elite technical standards with wellness, mental health and mentorship.
