Tampa’s Vera Muzzillo named 2025 PPAI Woman of Achievement

Jo-Lynn Brown Published: May 27, 2025 | Updated: May 27, 2025

Vera Muzzillo, chief executive officer of Tampa-based Proforma, has been named the 2025 Woman of Achievement by Promotional Products Association International.

The award recognizes women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, advance opportunities for others and make meaningful contributions to the promotional products industry and their communities, according to a statement.

Under her leadership, Proforma has grown from $20 million to $650 million in annual sales. Muzzillo has spearheaded the company’s technology transformation by investing in proprietary platforms like ProVision and ProStores, the statement said.

Muzzillo established Proform-A-Service Day, which allows employees to volunteer in their communities, and she personally supports organizations like Joshua House and LAMPLighters through annual fundraisers.
