New Life Village, a nonprofit that provides a residential community for families impacted by foster care or trauma, held its annual fundraising gala, Escaping Away to Margaritaville, at T Pepin Hospitality Center, in Tampa. 

The Suncoast Hospice Foundation held its 22nd annual gala, at The Vinoy Resort and Golf Club, in St. Petersburg.  The foundation raised more than $346,000 at this year’s sold-out event, surpassing previous records of fundraising.
