Great Places and Spaces: The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa

Related Group, a developer of high-end residential communities, launched sales on the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa. The boutique tower blends high design, five-star service and a wellness-forward living experience to create a first-of-its-kind condominium in the Tampa Bay area.

The residential tower features 89 luxury residences and a selection of 12 townhome-style villas, set to break ground in late 2021, with completion projected by early 2024.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa, represents multiple “firsts,” including a new market for the brand and Related’s luxury condominium entrance in Central Florida.

The waterfront location, off Bayshore Boulevard, serves as the primary inspiration for the renowned design teams.

Arquitectonica is the architect of the project and interiors were crafted by New York City-based design firm Meyer Davis.

Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea rounds out the vision by adorning the 4.5-acre property with lush gardens shaded by ancient oak trees.

The Residences will include 12,000 square feet of resort-style amenity spaces including outdoor spaces, various lounge areas, a regulation-sized tennis court and a resort-style pool deck with private cabanas and full-service food and beverage options. With wellness at the forefront, from development to operations, the building also will feature a state-of-the-art purification system and touchless entry, among other benefits.

Sales launched in March, with pricing from $1.6 to $5.1 million. The Toni Everett Co. is the exclusive sales agency for the Residences.
