Tavistock Restaurant Collection reopened Timpano Hyde Park, on the corner of Swann and S. Dakota avenues, with a reimagined menu and refreshed dining room and patio space.

Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate services firm, arranged the sale of a 165,535-square-foot warehouse fully leased to BlueLinx located in Tampa, for $9.75 million.

Oronzo, a fast-casual Italian restaurant, opened a location in Midtown Tampa at 1120 Gramercy Lane, Suite D-200.

Moss Construction promoted industry veteran Marty Strype to vice president of preconstruction for the firm’s Mid-Florida region.

Steve Nierman was named chief executive officer and president of Blake Medical Center, in Tampa.

Erin McCulloch-Crume joined Bay Food Brokerage, in Tampa, as its new director of deli and emerging business.
