Car condominium development moving ahead in St. Petersburg

Sales are now open for Motocave, St. Petersburg’s first car condo community, a storage concept designed for car enthusiasts looking for storage space.

Located at 2051 Gandy Boulevard, Motocave will feature 43 car condominium units, arranged in five buildings, totaling approximately 55,000 square feet. Units will range from 918-1,591 square feet and are customizable. The project will also include a community clubhouse totaling approximately 2,200 square feet, according to a statement.

Tampa Bay-based partners DDA Development, Mosk Development Company and Commercial Partners Realty are developing the project.

Construction on Motocave is set to begin in the third quarter of 2022 and is expected to be complete in 2023.
