One Liners Sarasota and Manatee: Taverna Toscana, Sarasota Art Museum and more

General contractor Summit Design + Build completed the build-out of Taverna Toscana, a luxury, Tuscan-inspired steakhouse and seafood restaurant, located at 1301 6th Ave W., in Bradenton. (Pictured above)

Matthew Peterson was named the winner of Ringling College of Art and Design’s inaugural Ringling College Film Carl Foreman Award. 

Grimes Galvano added former Manatee County Attorney Bill Clague to its team to focus on transactional, land use and administrative law.

Sarasota Art Museum of Ringling College of Art and Design will continue its participation in Blue Star Museums, a program that provides free admission to United States military personnel and their families, this summer. 

The Manatee County Animal Welfare is designing a new Animal Community Resource Center to be located along 17th Avenue West, in Bradenton, to be a one-stop shop for all pet resource needs, providing comprehensive support to both pets and their owners.  

Sea Flower, a walkable residential community, is under construction in southwest Bradenton, on Cortez Road between 86th Street and IMG Academy.
