► Shumaker Partner Matthew E. Maggard, who also serves as City Attorney for Zephyrhills, assisted MiTek, a Missouri-based construction equipment manufacturer, in purchasing 111 acres, in Pasco County, to build an $80 million facility in Zephyrhills’ North Tampa Bay Industrial Park.
► Starting in fall 2025, Saint Leo University will serve as the official home for the first, and only, Benfica Residential Academy in the United States for Sport Lisboa e Benfica, an internationally renowned professional soccer club, based in Portugal.
