The Children’s Dream Fund will host its annual Dreammaker Luncheon on March 5, at Armature Works in Tampa. The event will honor Randy Ware, founder and chief executive officer of WestCMR, as the 2025 Dreammaker of the Year.
Ware has supported the Children’s Dream Fund since 2009, including a seven-year tenure on its board of directors.
The luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m. and is expected to draw up to 400 attendees. The event will include a social hour, lunch and personal stories from families who have benefited from the organization’s efforts. A paddle raise will also be held to help fund dreams for the 170 children awaiting their experiences in 2025.
Since its founding in 1981, the St. Petersburg-based nonprofit has fulfilled more than 4,000 dreams for children across West Central Florida. The organization serves children ages 3 to 21.
