Exclusive social club planned for Zephyrhills’ Two Rivers community (RENDERINGS)

Eisenhower Property Group has announced plans for The Landing, a $27 million private social club coming to the growing Two Rivers master-planned community, in Zephyrhills.

Designed as a high-end lifestyle hub, the 23,000-square-foot club will offer exclusive amenities for residents of select Two Rivers neighborhoods. Features include eight pickleball courts, four Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness center with spin and yoga rooms and two pools, one for laps and another with a water slide tower for families.

Members will also enjoy a full-service casual restaurant, an event lawn, private dining room and a kids’ play area. An on-site lifestyle director, culinary team and events manager will lead programming ranging from wellness classes to social events and seasonal celebrations.

Membership is exclusive to residents of select villages including Tamarack, Ryals Field and Fairwood, with limited access for non-residents. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a member.

The Landing will be independently managed to provide a more personalized experience. Construction is set to begin in mid-2025, with a grand opening planned for late 2026.
