Listing alert: $10 million penthouse hits the market in downtown Tampa (RENDERINGS)

Hotel Ora + Private Residences, a $675 million luxury hotel-condominium tower rising near Water Street, has listed a $10 million, penthouse on the 39th level, complete with a personalized design collaboration led by designer Maricarmen Castillon.

According to Luigi Novembre, co-founder and chief operating officer of ARC Realty Group, the project’s developer, buyers can purchase the entire top floor, totaling more than 4,000 square feet of indoor living space, with the option to combine multiple penthouse units and create a custom estate in the sky.

Phase One of the project sold out in 40 days. Phase Three is now underway, and more than 125 units have sold to date, totaling over $130 million in contracts.

Located at 1101 E. Jackson Street, Hotel Ora will include 627 hotel suites and 31 private residences.

Known for her high-end residential and hospitality work across Mexico, Europe and the U.S., Castillon began her career in the import-export business before receiving international acclaim for her luxurious and intuitive approach to interiors.

“This penthouse is more than a home—it’s a statement,” Castillon said. “The design vision will reflect a quiet sophistication and enduring elegance, in harmony with the views, light and vibrancy of Tampa.”

Hotel Ora + Private Residences is being developed by ARC Realty Group, in partnership with Sunwest Construction and Prosper Group. The project’s sales gallery is located at 1101 E. Jackson Street in Tampa.
