East Tampa’s constrained industrial land market is about to expand: a 19-acre site at 7351 Muck Pond Road will become the Constellation East Tampa Business Center, a three-building, 251,162-square-foot speculative industrial campus.
Construction is set to begin in May 2026, with completion expected by May 2027.
The campus will include buildings of 127,050, 76,650, and 47,462 square feet, each with 32-foot clear heights, 251 parking spaces, and multiple traffic-controlled access points.

Its frontage along major highways—including I-4, I-75, I-95, the Florida Turnpike, and US 1—provides immediate connectivity across central Florida and into the Fort Lauderdale MSA. Utilities will be extended to the site to support rapid development and leasing.
“East Tampa is a highly desirable, land-constrained submarket,” said Scott Alexander, Partner at Constellation Real Estate Partners, which is developing the campus.

“We continue to see strong demand for high-quality industrial space in Tampa, supported by excellent labor access and strategic location.”
CBRE’s Kris Courier, Rian Smith, and Josh Tarkow will market and lease the campus, targeting logistics and distribution tenants drawn to Tampa’s growing industrial corridor.
Founded in 2021 by Jeremy Giles and Hien Le, Constellation has quickly established itself as a prominent U.S. logistics developer. Its principals bring more than 125 years of combined experience and have overseen over 100 million square feet of industrial real estate.
The firm specializes in speculative builds, build-to-suit projects, and value-add acquisitions.
The East Tampa project underscores the region’s rapid industrial growth and investor interest in well-located, high-quality warehouse space amid constrained supply, signaling continued confidence in Tampa as a strategic logistics hub.
