BayCare opened its seventh Tampa Bay HealthHub in Carrollwood on May 18, expanding the nonprofit health system’s outpatient network across the region.
The facility at 11802 N. Dale Mabry Highway brings primary care, urgent care, imaging and laboratory services together in one location for northwestern Hillsborough County residents. The site also replaces BayCare Urgent Care (Carrollwood), relocating the nearby operation into the new facility.
The system already operates HealthHubs in Largo, Valrico, St. Petersburg, Land O’ Lakes, South Tampa and Trinity, with additional locations planned in Wesley Chapel’s Epperson community and near Palmetto in Manatee County.

BayCare has continued expanding outpatient care as health systems move more routine services closer to fast-growing residential areas. The HealthHub model brings physician offices, diagnostics, urgent care and wellness services together in a single facility.
“We’re excited to bring the HealthHub concept to the Carrollwood community,” C. Todd Jones, BayCare’s chief strategy officer and chief ambulatory services officer, said in a statement. “The HealthHub is designed to make care more convenient, more connected and easier to navigate.”
BayCare said the facility includes open-concept patient areas, retail health products and wellness programming designed to make visits feel less clinical.
