Tampa-based Hyde Park Capital advised the sale of No Cow and Good Karma Foods to private investment firm Trek One Capital, the investment bank announced Thursday. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
No Cow, founded in 2015, has grown into a nationally distributed plant-based protein bar brand sold through grocery retailers and direct-to-consumer channels. Good Karma Foods manufactures flax-based nondairy milk and other dairy-free products, which are distributed nationwide.
The acquisition expands Trek One Capital’s portfolio of better-for-you food and beverage companies. Founded in 2023, the private investment firm invests in lower middle-market businesses and previously acquired Alter Eco Foods.
