The bond covers the roads, drainage and other infrastructure required for the development. Home Depot U.S.A. Inc. is listed as the principal and Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. as the surety.

The work must be completed by May 29, 2027, unless Polk County grants an extension. If Home Depot does not complete the improvements, Liberty Mutual would be responsible for finishing the work or reimbursing the county for costs up to the bond amount.
