Site demolition for The Collection in Sarasota begins

The Collection, a 10-story contemporary building from MK Equity Corporation and DSDG Architects, located at 1335 Second Street in downtown Sarasota, has begun site demolition.

The Collection will offer 12 residences, including five full-floor penthouses. Prices start in the mid-$1 millions. Other notable features of the building include an amenity level with a lap pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, fitness room, with specified yoga area, sauna, boardroom and outdoor deck overlooking the city, according to a statement.

To date, five residences are reserved with private, in-person presentations available in the showroom, located at 1406 Ringling Blvd. Virtual presentations are available by request.
