Elevé 61

Elevé 61 is the latest condominium project in downtown Tampa. At 35 stories tall, the tower will offer two 3-bedroom residences per floor, and no adjoining walls with other residences.

The residences will have floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which will allow city and water views.

The homes will be priced from $800,000 to $1.8 million.
