Described as “urban living with an edge,” VELA, at 424 8th Street S., St. Petersburg, is expected to be complete by summer of 2023.
Pricing of residences is from upper $500,000’s to mid $700,000’s and the project is the only new construction product that offers gas appliances as a standard.
VELA will have eight stories and 23 residences, with 18 corner residences.
