Great Places and Spaces: Belleview Inn

The former Belleview Biltmore, now the Belleview Inn in Belleair, unveiled its new look after extensive renovations. The renovations, which began in 2016, were a part of a $130 million residential project by St. Petersburg developer JMC Communities. The new Inn has 35 guest rooms and is 38,000 square feet. The Biltmore, which was shuttered in 2009, was once a hotel for the elite, hosting guests like Babe Ruth, Henry Ford, and Bob Dylan.
