►Cadence Bank in Tampa promoted Teresa Stinson to executive vice president of its Florida commercial banking operations.

►American Integrity Insurance executive vice president Jon Ritchie has been promoted to chief operating officer in Tampa.

►RS Tampa Industrial, an affiliate of Redstone Investments, acquired the Roth Portfolio which consists of 17 Industrial buildings in the Tampa Airport/North and East Tampa submarkets, including Sunstate Industrial Park, which is comprised of six buildings.

►Frontier Communications’ new “Simply Wi-Fi Secure” has combined proceeds from an electronics-recycling drive with a company donation to provide $5,500 in support for Apple A Day, a Tampa-based nonprofit organization that helps children fighting cancer.

►John McKibbon, chairman of Tampa-based McKibbon Hospitality, was named the 2019 Gonzmart Family Tourism Ambassador of the Year by Visit Tampa Bay.

►AdventHealth named Denyse Bales-Chubb CEO of its Tampa operations.

►Betty Viamontes was named chief financial officer of the Lions Eye Institute for Transplant and Research.

►Duckweed Urban Market was named the first retail tenant at the Westshore Marina District in Tampa.

►GTE Financial promoted Jennifer Maxfield to chief strategy officer, hired Pedro Diaz as chief experience officer and Gary Montemurro as vice president of project and program management.

The University of South Florida will receive a $7.5 million grant to establish a national university transportation center aimed at advancing research and education programs that address the nation’s critical transportation challenges.
