► Big Storm Brewing in Clearwater established a deal with Ohio Eagle Distributing to sell the products in the Cincinnati area.

► Madico, a Pinellas Park-based manufacturer and distributor of window films, acquired two Canadian distributors, Courage Distributing and Window Film Systems, and formed a new entity, Madico Canada.

► Galen College of Nursing is undergoing a 26,026-square-foot expansion of its St. Petersburg campus and will be the largest tenant in Arrow Point Plaza, at 10200 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N.

Noble Crust

Noble Crust, in St. Petersburg, has completed its second-phase project which included the buildout of its parking lot including 88 parking spots.

►The NRP Group revealed renderings of The Allure at Gateway, a 274-unit apartment community in Pinellas Park.

► Stoneweg US, a real estate investment firm in St. Petersburg, acquired Memphis-based Lynnfield Place Apartments and Kansas City-based Maple Hills Apartments.

► D-Gallerie relocated to Sundial, 153 Second Ave N., St. Petersburg.

► Premier Sotheby’s International Realty added Carol Burquette to its St. Petersburg office, 120 Second Ave. NE, Suite 102A.

► SPCA Tampa Bay introduced Vanessa Sanchez as hospital manager for its veterinary team at its Veterinary Center in St. Petersburg.

Copa

►Copa, a wine cocktail lounge, is opening at 1047 Central Ave., in St. Petersburg, formerly home to Genaro Cafe.

► Evolve & Co, an advertising agency in St. Petersburg, was commissioned by Iberian Rooster, also of St. Petersburg, to manage its social media marketing, public relations and graphic design, and will be spearheading the marketing and advertising for the restaurant; one campaign will be Iberian Rooster’s new menu.

► Pipedrive, a cloud-based sales software company with global locations, has opened its second United States office in St. Petersburg, at 490 First Ave. S.

Theresa Bursey

►UBS Financial Services named Theresa Bursey the first female manager of the St. Petersburg office.

► Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Oak Ridge Apartments, a garden-style multifamily asset in Largo, for $15.9 million.

► The Sembler Co. of St. Petersburg announced board chairman Greg Sembler will assume the role of chief executive officer as of January and will remain board chairman as well.

► Community Health Centers of Pinellas purchased a 39,118-square-foot office property, at 14100 58th St. N.. in Largo, for $3.95 million, to serve as the organization’s new corporate headquarters.

►Melissa Krysh, community life director for The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay, will serve as event chair for the Florida Gulf Coast chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association’s 2019 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Pinellas County.

►Boley Centers, a provider of community-based services and affordable housing in Pinellas, Manatee and Sarasota counties, received approval for the redevelopment of an existing affordable housing project on the northwest corner of Fifth Avenue North and Grove Street in the Historic Uptown neighborhood in St. Petersburg.
