Noble Crust, in St. Petersburg, has completed its second-phase project which included the buildout of its parking lot including 88 parking spots.

► SPCA Tampa Bay introduced Vanessa Sanchez as hospital manager for its veterinary team at its Veterinary Center in St. Petersburg.

►Copa, a wine cocktail lounge, is opening at 1047 Central Ave., in St. Petersburg, formerly home to Genaro Cafe.

► Evolve & Co, an advertising agency in St. Petersburg, was commissioned by Iberian Rooster, also of St. Petersburg, to manage its social media marketing, public relations and graphic design, and will be spearheading the marketing and advertising for the restaurant; one campaign will be Iberian Rooster’s new menu.

► Pipedrive, a cloud-based sales software company with global locations, has opened its second United States office in St. Petersburg, at 490 First Ave. S.

Theresa Bursey

►UBS Financial Services named Theresa Bursey the first female manager of the St. Petersburg office.

► Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Oak Ridge Apartments, a garden-style multifamily asset in Largo, for $15.9 million.

► The Sembler Co. of St. Petersburg announced board chairman Greg Sembler will assume the role of chief executive officer as of January and will remain board chairman as well.

► Community Health Centers of Pinellas purchased a 39,118-square-foot office property, at 14100 58th St. N.. in Largo, for $3.95 million, to serve as the organization’s new corporate headquarters.

►Melissa Krysh, community life director for The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay, will serve as event chair for the Florida Gulf Coast chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association’s 2019 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Pinellas County.

►Boley Centers, a provider of community-based services and affordable housing in Pinellas, Manatee and Sarasota counties, received approval for the redevelopment of an existing affordable housing project on the northwest corner of Fifth Avenue North and Grove Street in the Historic Uptown neighborhood in St. Petersburg.
