Clearwater Beach’s newest all-suite resort celebrates topping out (RENDERINGS)

Moss Construction and Opal Sol held a ceremony to celebrate the building reaching its final height with the completion of the outer structure.

A new phase in the resort’s construction now begins, with the framing of 248 suites and resort amenities which will include three pools, two with waterfront views, the full-service Opal Spa and four restaurant concepts including the resort’s marquee Drift restaurant.

The building design is similar to its sister Opal Collection property, Opal Sands, and will have rooms that range from studio to three bedrooms.

Opal Sol guests will also have access to additional dining and amenities at Opal Sands.

For meetings and events, Opal Sol will offer 57,194 square feet of event space that when combined with Opal Sands, will offer over 106,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor, and ancillary, space that can accommodate groups of up to 700 attendees.

Opal Sol is expected to be completed in 2025.
