► Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants opened its second Tampa area location, at 28963 State Road 56, in Wesley Chapel. 

► Morton Plant North Bay Hospital received an “A” for the eighth consecutive time from the Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit organization that promotes patient safety. 

► The Point Distillery, in New Port Richey, has been contracted to produce a new rum called Crossfire Hurricane created by the rock band, The Rolling Stones. 

► Dade City and the Pasco County Recreation and Natural Resources Department are working on a project to tear down the existing structure and rebuild the James Irvin Civic Center. 

► One Community Now, in New Port Richey, received a $20,000 grant from Suncoast Credit Union to assist the Pack A Sack Food 4 Kids program. 

► Matthew W. Coppler started his role as city manager for Port Richey. 

► The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County is moving to the Summit Professional Building, at 7509 State Road 52, Hudson.
