Tampa Bay EDC names chief financial officer

The Tampa Bay Economic Development Council, the lead designated economic development agency for Hillsborough County and the cities of Tampa, Temple Terrace and Plant City, has named Kacie Blucher as chief financial officer.

Blucher has more than eight years of nonprofit industry experience, most recently, serving as vice president of administration and finance with the Tampa Downtown Partnership.

“Kacie is thoroughly familiar with the financial, administrative and human resources functions involved in organizations similar to ours,” said Craig J. Richard, president and chief executive officer of the Tampa Bay EDC. “She is going to be a great addition to our team, and I’m so happy to have her on board.”
