One Liners Pinellas: The Fresh Market, J.Crew and more

⊲ The Fresh Market is taking over the former Earth Fare grocery store, in the 424,000-square-foot Seminole City Center retail plaza, at 7774 113th Street North, in Seminole.

⊲ Crepeway Caffe, a new venture from Konstantinos Chilias, opened, at 1572 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg. 

⊲ Jim Pachence, a former biotechnology scientist, and Kristin McKinney Zelinsky, owner of the Pro Kitchen Hub, in Tampa, have joined forces to open Foodie Labs, a culinary hub with a mix of ghost kitchens and shared spaces, in St. Pete’s ArtsXchange campus, in the Warehouse Arts District, at 515 22nd Street South. 

CAVA plans to open, in Seminole City Center, at 11201 Park Boulevard, in Seminole. 

⊲ The Huntsman, an upscale casual concept focusing on foraged, hunted and farmed ingredients, will open, at 200 Central Avenue, in St. Petersburg, in the space formerly occupied by The Mill.  

⊲ CAVA plans to open, in Seminole City Center, at 11201 Park Boulevard, in Seminole. 

⊲ Spellcrafter, a Tarpon Springs metaphysical shop offering spiritual products like tarot and oracle cards, apothecary herbs, teas, tinctures and crystals, is opening a sister shop, at 2914 1st Avenue North, in St. Petersburg’s Grand Central District, in the space that was formerly home to the Academy of Ballet Arts, which recently moved into the ArtsXchange at 515 22nd Street South. 

⊲ J.Crew plans to open a retail location at Northeast Shopping Plaza, a Publix-anchored retail center, at 226 37th Avenue North, and will occupy around 5,000 square feet.

⊲ PSCU/Co-op Solutions, a payments credit union service organization and a financial technology services provider, expanded its partnership with U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union to provide credit and debit card processing services. 

⊲ Metropolitan Ministries is partnering with the Homeless Empowerment Program through Metro’s NeighborHOPE Project, expanding services in Pinellas County. 

⊲ Greenlane, a health-conscious-driven restaurant, broke ground, at 8001 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, for its third location. 

⊲ The TradeWinds Island Resorts and RumFish Beach Resort, on St. Pete Beach,  named Armando Monterroso as vice president of food and beverage, for both properties. 

⊲ Don the Beachcomber debuted on the ground floor of the Cambria Hotel, at 15015 Madeira Way, in Madeira Beach. 

⊲ Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, based in Palm Harbor, named Sean Ayres chief operating officer.
