Creative Sign Designs names CFO

Creative Sign Designs, in Westchase, has named Josh Baldwin as its new chief financial officer.

Baldwin has 21 years of experience and an executive doctorate degree in business administration.

Paul Wilbur, the previous CFO, will be relocating for personal reasons, a statement said, but will remain with CSD in a newly created chief administrative officer role.
