Great Places and Spaces: Artistry St. Pete

Milhaus, a national developer, owner and operator of Class-A, in-fill and mixed-use developments, is opening Artistry St. Pete, a $52 million, six-story apartment project at 1661 Central Ave. in St. Petersburg.

Artistry St. Pete includes 246 apartment units, 10,000 square feet of commercial space and 324 parking spaces. The community infuses luxury, and urban living, with an appreciation for the arts including work from local artists showcased in the on-site rotating art gallery, and permanent installations.

Milhaus worked with the Morean Arts Center to secure local artists’ work for the permanent collection, valued at over $125,000.

Also available to residents are pet-friendly and entertainment-focused amenities, including a maker’s space, bark park and pet spa, fitness center, pool and rooftop sun deck, and plenty of communal gathering spaces from the resident lounge to outdoor courtyards.

“This community sits on land that is bordered by the Edge District on one side and Grand Central on the other. We’re at the center of St. Pete’s cultural scene,” says Raven Reckley, vice president of marketing for Milhaus. “There really is something for everyone here, whether it’s walking over to catch a Rays game at The Trop, participating in First Fridays or access to tons of restaurants, bars and shops. Residents are never far from what draws them to the area.”

The temporary leasing office for Artistry St. Pete is now open at 1016 Central Ave.
