‘Fools Gold’ Bourbon
St. Petersburg’s food and beverage culture gained a new bourbon courtesy of Buffalo Trace Distillery. Buffalo Trace Bourbon is aged and made with the finest corn, rye and barley malt. Buffalo Trace was also named Whisky Magazine’s 2020 Distiller Of The Year. The bourbon was chosen by St. Petersburg locals, Greg Haddad and Tony Mangiafico of St. Pete’s Flute & Dram. The bourbon’s name, “Fool’s Gold” was coined by Greg, Tony, and their group of friends dubbed “The Fools.” After sampling multiple barrels, they selected only the best as their ‘gold’ standard. Porsche Taycan
Porsche of Tampa is now showing the new Taycan model.
The four-door sports car is a unique package, offering typical Porsche performance and connectivity with everyday usability.
At the same time, highly advanced production methods and the features of the Taycan are setting new standards in the fields of sustainability and digitalization.
“We promised a true Porsche for the age of electromobility – a fascinating sports car that not only excites, in terms of its technology and driving dynamics but also sparks a passion in people all over the world just like its legendary predecessors have done. Now we are delivering on this promise,” said Michael Steiner, member of the executive board of Porsche AG – Research and Development, in a statement.
The first models in the new series are the Taycan Turbo S and Taycan Turbo. They are at the cutting edge of Porsche E-Performance and are among the most powerful production models that the sports car manufacturer currently has in its product range. Less powerful variants of these all-wheel-drive vehicles will follow this year. The first derivative to be added will be the Taycan Cross Turismo at the end of next year.
The base Porsche Taycan 4S retails for $103,800. The midrange Taycan Turbo costs $150,900 and the top-spec Taycan Turbo S raises the price to $185,000, according to a report by U.S. News and World Report.
