Tampa’s Rooster & the Till welcomes new chef de cuisine

Proper House Group has announced Chef Luke Hand as the new chef de cuisine, at Rooster & the Till.

Hand is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He is committed to sustainability and plans to further elevate Rooster & the Till’s focus on local sourcing, seasonality and inventive menus.

“I grew up just down the street from Rooster & the Till,” Hand said. “This feels like a homecoming, and I’m excited to cook at one of Tampa’s most daring and innovative restaurants.”

Hand’s tenure as chef de cuisine is already underway.

Rooster & the Till has been a key player in reshaping Tampa’s dining landscape, earning recognition in the Michelin Guide with Bib Gourmand honors, for three consecutive years.
