Pause, a wellness and recovery studio specializing in holistic health services, is set to expand into the Tampa Bay area with three new locations, by 2026.
The first studio, located in Midtown Tampa, is scheduled to open in early 2025, under franchise owners Bob and Alicia Tait.
Pause Studio provides a range of wellness services including floatation therapy, infrared saunas, LED light therapy, IV therapy, contrast therapy and cryotherapy.
A grand opening celebration at the Midtown location is planned for early 2025. Pause operates seven studios nationwide.
