TD Bank earns top marks in trust, problem resolution in J.D. Power survey

Jo-Lynn Brown March 31, 2025

TD Bank has been ranked No. 1 in Florida for customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.

TD earned a score of 688 out of 1,000 — 28 points above the regional average, rising two spots from last year’s ranking. The study evaluates consumer satisfaction in areas such as account offerings, trust, digital channels and problem resolution. TD Bank received the highest marks in Florida for both trust and resolving issues.

“This achievement is the result of a two-year plan to recapture the highest ranking in Florida by delivering exceptional service,” said Nick Miceli, regional president for Florida. “TD has proudly served Florida for nearly 20 years and continues to deliver legendary experiences.”

TD Bank operates approximately 165 branches and 1,570 ATMs in Florida and employs more than 3,100 people in the state. It was also ranked No. 1 in Small Business Administration lending in Florida for 2024, marking the eighth consecutive year.

The J.D. Power study is based on responses from 109,724 retail banking customers across the U.S., collected between January 2024 and January 2025.

TD Bank, a subsidiary of The Toronto-Dominion Bank, is one of the 10 largest banks in the U.S., with more than 1,100 locations and 10 million customers. The company is headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
