FlyUSA has acquired TRYP Air Charter and MySky Aviation Solutions, expanding its managed fleet from 24 to 28 aircraft and expanding its charter fleet by 50%.
The move strengthens FlyUSA’s position as one of Florida’s largest private aviation providers, particularly in turboprop and light jet operations. The company now has 12 aircraft available for charter.
Elliot Mintzer, founder and chief executive officer of TRYP and MySky, will join FlyUSA to lead its turboprop/PC-12 fleet operations. Kyle Garren, TRYP’s vice president of charter and logistics, is also joining the company to support charter sales.

The acquisition follows a record first quarter in 2025, with FlyUSA reporting $15 million in revenue. The company is targeting $70 million in revenue by the end of the year.
FlyUSA, founded by pilots and headquartered in Tampa, was ranked No. 45 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies.
