Naked Farmer relocates headquarters to Water Street Tampa’s Thousand & One

Naked Farmer is expanding its presence at Water Street Tampa. The farm-to-table restaurant group has signed a five-year lease to move its corporate headquarters to Thousand & One.

The company currently operates one of its busiest restaurant locations on the ground floor of the building. Now, it will take over nearly 2,000 square feet of office space on an upper floor, with the new headquarters slated to open in October, according to a statement.

Founded in St. Petersburg, Naked Farmer has grown across Florida with eight restaurants and has more planned. The new headquarters will support a team of 10 to 12 and serve as a central hub for continued expansion.

“Opening our Water Street location was a major catalyst for our brand,” said Jordan Johnson, founder and chief executive officer of Naked Farmer. “Relocating our headquarters to Thousand & One is a natural evolution. The space reflects our values and our mission to build a better food system.”

Thousand & One is the first office building in North America to receive WELL certification. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, rooftop views and outdoor space intended to promote health and productivity.

Leasing for Thousand & One is led exclusively by Franklin Street. The building is now more than 90% leased, with only 28,000 of its 360,000 rentable square feet still available.
