These 5 Tampa Bay area companies just made Forbes’ ‘Best Employers for Women’ list

From health care to finance, these top-rated employers are shaping a more inclusive future for women in the workplace, right here in the Tampa Bay region.

If you’re a woman building your career in Tampa Bay or its surrounding counties, you’re in good company — literally. Five major employers with deep roots in the region have earned spots on Forbes’ 2025 list of America’s Best Employers for Women.

The annual list, compiled in partnership with market research firm Statista, surveys more than 70,000 employees across the U.S., highlighting companies that excel in workplace culture, gender equity, family support and advancement opportunities.

Here are the local standouts in alpha order:

Jabil, St. Petersburg

Publix Super Markets, Lakeland

Raymond James Financial, St. Petersburg
