SERHANT., the luxury real estate brokerage and media company founded by Ryan Serhant of Netflix’s Owning Manhattan and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York, will lead exclusive sales and marketing for the Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores.

The appointment adds another high-profile partner to the 18-story oceanfront tower, developed by Clearwater-based Valor Real Estate Development in collaboration with Aston Martin.

The project marks Aston Martin’s first residential tower outside South Florida and is set for completion in 2029.

Ryan Serhant announced the partnership in Mexico City alongside Valor CEO Moises Agami as the project was unveiled publicly ahead of the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Mexico City.

“There’s nothing more exciting than seeing a vision like this come to life, that unites legendary names in luxury like Aston Martin, a prime location, and exceptional design,” Serhant said. “We’re honored to be chosen to represent this project, reflecting our dedication to redefining luxury and delivering unmatched experiences.”

Agami said the collaboration aligns with Valor’s mission to combine design, innovation and credibility in every market it enters.

“We’re creating a new, iconic development,” Agami said. “So, of course, we’re going to partner with an icon of real estate. Ryan and his team share our vision for luxury living that transforms communities, and we see this as the first of potentially many collaborations in the future.”

A global brokerage with media power

Founded in 2020, SERHANT. has quickly become one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the country, with more than 1,300 agents across 13 states and Washington, D.C.

The company combines real estate expertise with social media and content marketing, reaching more than seven million followers. Its divisions include SERHANT. Signature, focused on ultra-luxury properties, and SERHANT.

New Development, which manages sales and branding for major residential projects. SERHANT. Studios, the firm’s creative arm, produces digital content that connects real estate with media and technology.

Luxury meets leadership

Valor and Aston Martin announced the Daytona Beach Shores project last week, unveiling a design that merges the automaker’s craftsmanship with Valor’s precision-driven development style.

The tower will include 86 residences, each with ocean views and direct beach access, plus eight double-height penthouses and 10,000 square feet of public dining and café space.

The new sales partnership highlights the project’s momentum and reflects the continued migration of luxury development north along Florida’s coast.

“Partnerships like this show what happens when design leadership and marketing innovation come together,” Agami said. “It’s not just about building residences. It’s about creating a destination.”

Why it matters

The addition of SERHANT. positions the Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores among the most high-profile real estate projects on Florida’s east coast.

It underscores how collaboration between local developers and global brands can redefine where luxury investment happens — and how it’s sold.
