Tampa-based Revive Design and Renovation is expanding into the Orlando market, planning a new design showroom in Winter Park and increasing staffing to support the company’s continued growth.
The firm intends to open a 5,000-square-foot showroom and design center at 601 S. New York Ave., the former home of Ethos Vegan Kitchen.
The space is expected to open this spring and will require an estimated $750,000 in investment, according to the company.
Revive said the Orlando location will support its entry into Central Florida’s residential remodeling market.
The company is targeting established neighborhoods such as Winter Park and Windermere, where aging housing stock and rising home values have increased demand for renovations.
Growth follows recent recognition
The expansion comes after a period of rapid growth for the Tampa-based company.
Company founder and president Justin Caballero said Orlando’s market conditions are similar to those Revive encountered during its expansion in Tampa.

He pointed to population growth and a large number of homes better suited for renovation than teardown.
Showroom designed to support decision-making
Renderings of the Winter Park location show a space intended to function as both a showroom and a working design center.
At 5,000 square feet, the facility is larger than many traditional remodeling showrooms, a choice the company said is meant to allow homeowners to view materials, layouts and finishes in person before committing to projects.

Revive said the showroom will serve as a base for its Orlando-area operations rather than a retail destination, supporting consultations, design work and project planning.
Hiring tied to regional expansion
The company expects the Orlando expansion to result in approximately 70 new jobs over time, including project managers, designers, craftsmen, subcontractors and supplier-related roles.
Revive operates as a full-service remodeling firm, combining design and construction services under one organization.

Company leaders said the hiring strategy reflects that integrated model, though the pace of job creation will depend on project demand.
Technology and process as part of the model
Revive uses digital tools, including AI-assisted renderings, to help clients visualize renovation outcomes prior to construction.
The company has also emphasized upfront pricing, defined timelines and standardized processes as a way to address common challenges in the residential remodeling industry.
Projects are backed by a five-year craftsmanship warranty, according to the company.
Tampa roots, broader footprint
Founded in Tampa, Revive Design and Renovation is family-owned and operates in both the Tampa Bay and Orlando markets.
As Revive moves into Central Florida, the Winter Park showroom marks its first permanent presence outside the Tampa Bay area.
The expansion will test whether the firm’s operating model translates to a different, yet similarly fast-growing, housing market.
