Perry Homes will build in three North Tampa and Pasco County communities, the company announced.
The Houston-based homebuilder will develop homes in Hillcrest, Morris Bend and Two Rivers, communities developed by Eisenhower Property Group. The projects add new single-family housing in an area that continues to attract residential development and population growth.
Perry Homes will offer a range of single-family floor plans in each community, with layouts designed for flexible living and updated finishes.
“As we continue to grow our footprint across the region, partnering with builders who share our commitment to excellence is essential,” said Jeffery Hills, president and CEO of Eisenhower Property Group. “Perry Homes brings a high standard of design and livability to our communities, and we’re excited for what this collaboration will bring to future homeowners.”
Company officials said Tampa remains a key market, citing strong demand and continued in-migration.

“We’re incredibly excited to continue expanding Perry Homes’ presence in Florida, particularly with our plans to build in three highly desirable locations across the North Tampa and Pasco County area,” said Garrison Taska, division president. “Tampa has quickly become a key growth market for us, and we’re seeing strong demand and great community response.”
North Tampa and Pasco County continue to draw housing investment due to available land, access to major roadways and proximity to employment centers. Builders have added new communities in the area as population growth drives demand for single-family housing.
Perry Homes, founded in 1967, builds and sells homes across Texas and Florida and operates under multiple brands, including Britton Homes and MasterCraft Builder Group. The company has built more than 70,000 homes across its markets.
