Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, a AAA Five-Diamond oceanfront resort in northeast Florida, engaged St. Petersburg-based Paradise Advertising and Marketing to publicize and promote its renovation project to global media outlets as the resort nears its centennial anniversary in 2028.

Apyx Medical (NASDAQ: APYX), a Clearwater-based maker of medical devices and supplies and the developer of Helium Plasma Technology, marketed and sold as Renuvion in the cosmetic surgery market and J-Plasma in the hospital surgical market, obtained regulatory approval to market and sell its Helium Plasma Technology products in Australia, Brazil, Israel, Taiwan and Thailand.

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced the sale of SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Clearwater Central, a 178-room hospitality property located in Clearwater, for $10.5 million.

Big Sea, a St. Petersburg marketing agency, acquired a majority stake in Pineapple Development, a website development company also in St. Petersburg.

Doormét, a delivery-focused gourmet café, signed a lease at 681 Central Ave., formerly home to Amigos Tortilla Bar.
