Waves of Change honored two great women, Suze Orman and Paddy Moses, who have helped women succeed both personally and professionally. The 18th annual Suncoast Hospice Ball, presented by Stahl Insurance, was held at the Vinoy Renaissance Hotel in St. Petersburg. More than 350 people enjoyed first-class accommodations for “Destination Unknown,” raising $312,000 for those with chronic or advanced illness or experiencing grief in our community.

Metropolitan Ministries held its annual Business Breakfast of Champions at its holiday tent. More than 200 business and community leaders came together to support families in need.

Cor Vitae (Latin for the heart of life) held its Evening of Gratitude event at Armature Works in Tampa. The event recognizes those who annually contribute a significant personal gift to the American Heart Association’s mission.
