Westfield Brandon launched Dining for a Cause to support restaurants and charities

Westfield Brandon is launching Dining For A Cause, a charitable rewards program for those dining in, or ordering takeout, at participating restaurants at Westfield Brandon.

Beginning on April 1, and throughout the month, guests can upload receipts from The Cheesecake Factory, Red Robin, Panera Bread, P.F. Chang’s and Bahama Breeze to have 10 percent of the receipt amount donated to a participating non-profit charity, up to $5,000 per charity and a total of up to $20,000, according to a statement.

Local charities include the Hillsborough Education Foundation, Valor Service Dogs, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Children’s Cancer Center.

The shopping event continues the company’s #WestfieldCares initiative, which launched in March 2020, to help some of the most vulnerable populations impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
