Marina Pointe opens presales for South Tampa waterfront condos

Marina Pointe opens presales for Luna, a new South Tampa tower offering luxury waterfront condos with marina access and bay views.

Pre-construction sales are now open for Luna at Marina Pointe, offering early buyers the opportunity to secure luxury waterfront condos before construction commences.

Groundbreaking is planned for 2026 in Tampa’s Westshore Marina District.

This is a key moment for Tampa Bay’s real estate market. The city continues to attract new residents and investors drawn to waterfront living, high design and a growing urban core.

What happened

Marina Pointe hosted a waterfront event to launch Luna, its newest luxury tower. Buyers, business leaders and partners attended to preview the project and its design.

Guests arrived by yacht and car, enjoyed live jazz and toured illuminated renderings of the future building.

“Luna is not just a building. It’s a statement,” said Dominic Pickering, director of sales at Marina Pointe. “This launch celebrated the art of Tampa Bay waterfront living, where architecture meets lifestyle and every sunrise feels like a private masterpiece.”

The celebration featured partnerships with Dimmitt Automotive Group and MarineMax Clearwater, combining high-end cars, yachts and Tampa Bay’s coastal energy.

What’s happening now

Sales are open for Luna’s 151 waterfront condos, ranging from 1,100 to more than 3,500 square feet.

Prices start at $1 million and climb to over $4 million. Each home includes large terraces, open layouts and designer interiors with panoramic bay views.

Owners will have access to resort-style features including a private marina, pool, fitness center and lounges. The first Marina Pointe tower sold out quickly, and early interest in Luna is strong.

What this means for you

For Tampa Bay executives and investors, Luna represents a chance to buy early in one of the city’s most desired waterfront neighborhoods.

Marina access, location and limited supply make the project appealing to buyers who value both convenience and exclusivity.

The launch also reflects the continued growth of Tampa’s market. The city’s population has increased by more than 10% over the past decade, and demand for waterfront housing has risen accordingly. Luna offers a rare option to secure a unit before construction begins.

“The Luna launch captured the spirit of connection and craftsmanship that defines our community,” said Andrew Dunton, general manager of Dimmitt UltraLuxury. “It reflects the innovation and pride that unite our brands and our city.”
