Carrollwood Village Shoppes sold for about $120 million

Carrollwood Village Shoppes, the retail center at North Dale Mabry Highway and West Fletcher Avenue, has been sold in a deal valued at approximately $120 million, according to property records.

The 45,353-square-foot shopping center at 12904–13050 N. Dale Mabry Highway was acquired by an affiliate of Dallas-based Crow Holdings from Carrollwood V Group LLC.

The property sits along one of Carrollwood’s busiest commercial corridors, with the intersection seeing a combined 88,900 vehicles per day, according to leasing materials.

The center includes a mix of restaurants, retailers and service businesses, including Chili’s Bar & Grill, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Side Splitters Comedy Club, Tampa Family Health and The UPS Store.

Founded in 1948, Crow Holdings is a privately owned real estate investment and development firm with holdings across retail, multifamily, industrial and other commercial property sectors. The company reports more than $34 billion in assets under management.

Carrollwood V Group LLC acquired the property in 2015 for $13.7 million, according to Hillsborough County property records.

Representatives of Crow Holdings and Carrollwood V Group LLC did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
