► The parent company for Sarasota’s Sun Hydraulics Corp. has changed its name to Helios Technologies.

Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, an architecture and engineering firm based in Montgomery, Alabama, acquired SaltCo, an architecture firm in Sarasota.

► Sarasota attorney Jack Brown III was elected to serve a one-year term as president of ACA International’s board of directors.

Roger White has joined RE/MAX Platinum Realty as a Realtor in the downtown Sarasota office.

Matt Ennis, athletic director for State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, was named to the executive committee of the National Alliance of Two Year College Athletic Administrators.

State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota has named Andrea Lachapelle its director of financial aid.
