Valor Capital to debut $70 million, COVID-designed, luxury property in Clearwater (RENDERINGS)

There’s a new state-of-the-art, COVID-designed, $70 million boutique condominium development planned for Clearwater called Serena by the Sea.

“Serena by the Sea is Valor Capital’s latest pride and joy,” said Regina Sotomayor, chief organizational officer at Valor Capital, in a statement. “It’s an evolution of design that takes into account the need to prioritize our future residents’ safety, while at the same time incorporating only the finest luxury amenities within our common areas and private residences.”

Valor Capital’s latest project was developed in response to the growing emphasis, and consideration, on health and safety during the pandemic. Floorplans and amenities have been designed to incorporate state-of-the-art technologies for the very best in protective benefits raising the bar for safety, privacy and luxury.

The 80-unit Serena by the Sea overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is located just minutes away from Dunedin, at Sunset Point and Fort Harrison, in Clearwater.

Pending final approval on permits the construction fence was slated to go up in March. Units are expected to start at $625,000 and go up to $3.5 million.

Brokers will be introduced to the luxury community at a March 5 event, to be held at the Capitol Theatre, in downtown Clearwater beginning at 6:00 pm.

Ryan Serhant, celebrity real estate agent and star of the Bravo series Million Dollar Listing and Sell It Like Serhant will be attending the event. Serhant just recently published his book Big Money Energy and sold the most expensive home ever sold in Florida to a mystery Russian buyer for nearly $140 million in cash.
