There’s a new state-of-the-art, COVID-designed, $70 million boutique condominium development planned for Clearwater called Serena by the Sea.

Valor Capital’s latest project was developed in response to the growing emphasis, and consideration, on health and safety during the pandemic. The 80-unit Serena by the Sea overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is located just minutes away from Dunedin, at Sunset Point and Fort Harrison, in Clearwater.
Pending final approval on permits the construction fence was slated to go up in March. Units are expected to start at $625,000 and go up to $3.5 million.
Brokers will be introduced to the luxury community at a March 5 event, to be held at the Capitol Theatre, in downtown Clearwater beginning at 6:00 pm.
Ryan Serhant, celebrity real estate agent and star of the Bravo series Million Dollar Listing and Sell It Like Serhant will be attending the event.
