ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NASDAQ: SFBS), added Jason Costello to ServisFirst Bank, Tampa, as Pinellas County executive.

Steven Overly, a Stetson University College of Law grad (class of 1982) and his wife, Donna Overly, donated $10 million to the Gulfport school, establishing the Steven and Donna Overly Distinguished Scholars Program, which will provide 10 annual full-tuition scholarships to attract student scholars with financial need.

The Karol Hotel, in Clearwater, earned a AAA Four Diamond designation, which is the result of a review of a hotel in several categories, including cleanliness and condition, management and style of operation, exterior and public areas, guest rooms and guest bathrooms.

1914 Fourth St. N., St. Petersburg

Miami-based Limestone Asset Management, via a joint venture with Orion Real Estate Group, closed on the sale of a 23,031-square-foot retail and office center at 1914 Fourth St. N., St. Petersburg for $5.3 million.

Seasalt Properties, a luxury real estate firm specializing in buying, selling and managing residential properties, named Michael Dupre as chief marketing officer.

Fo’Cheezy Twisted Meltz opened at 111 Third St. N., St., Petersburg.

Clearwater Marine Aquarium elected Paul Auslander as board chair.

AmeriLife Group, in Clearwater, added Mark Springett as senior vice president, enterprise data and analytics.

Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grille plans to open a second St. Petersburg location at 8790 Bay Pines Blvd., which previously was the Green Iguana Bar and Grill.

RabbitRun Technologies, based in Toronto, Canada, opened an office in St. Petersburg that will be the tech firm’s North American headquarters.

ClareMedica Health Partners completed the acquisition of the practice of physicians William T. Keweshawn, Allison Howard and Chris Patterson, locally known as the Anona Medical Center, in Pinellas County.

Beans and Barlour, a craft coffee bar and dessert lounge, signed a lease at 407 Central Ave. in downtown St. Petersburg.

 

Sun Country Airlines will begin a new service from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport beginning Nov. 25.
