St. Petersburg’s Development Review Commission approved plans for Sixty90, a multi-family development proposed for 6090 Central Ave., in St. Petersburg.

ARK Investment Management, led by Cathie Wood, closed its New York office and is relocating its corporate headquarters to 200 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, and will launch the Ark Innovation Center, a talent incubator, that will be built and owned by Pinellas County, in partnership with the Tampa Bay Innovation Center.
