Bayfront Health St. Petersburg named physician J. Ryan Williams as director for Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Medical Group’s new colorectal surgery department.

Crunch Fitness opened a St. Petersburg location, at 218 37th Ave. N., in the Northeast Park Shopping Center.

Texas-based Lurin Capital purchased the Elements on Third, a five-building development, including a 178-unit apartment complex, at 441 33rd St. N., St. Petersburg, from South Florida-based Altis Cardinal and Skyline, for $125.5 million.

Clearwater-based KnowBe4 entered into a material definitive agreement to acquire California-based SecurityAdvisor, for approximately $80 million.

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Coconut Villas of Dunedin, a 20-unit apartment property located in Dunedin, for $4.6 million.

Tampa resident Jeffrey Hall was promoted to chief information officer for Hooters Management Corp. and its affiliated companies.   

Clearwater-based MarineMax purchased Texas MasterCraft, a towboat dealer in the Dallas area, for an undisclosed amount.

Ocean Club

A FedEx-occupied distribution center at 1950 102nd Ave., St. Petersburg, sold for $94.5 million to an undisclosed buyer.

Raymond James Financial will acquire TriState Capital Holdings, a Pittsburgh-based financial services firm with more than $12 billion in assets, for $1.1 billion in cash and stock.

Trez Capital, a private real estate lender, funded a $29.2 million construction loan for Ocean Club, a boutique condominium project, on Treasure Island. 

Climate First Bank, in St. Petersburg, named Edwina Maxwell senior vice president, chief talent officer and director of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Two Graces

A multiyear partnership between the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and Tampa Bay Wave is launching the FinTech/X Accelerator, in St. Petersburg, with its first cohort to be selected in 2022.

Two Graces, a new casual restaurant, opened at 6001 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, and will feature al fresco dining and fresh ingredients from its on-site garden.

Franklin Street arranged the sale of a newly constructed 16,456-square-foot retail strip center, at 40545 U.S. Highway 19 N., in Tarpon Springs, for $7.45 million, or $452 per square foot.
