Veteran Technology Executive Joins Source 1 Solutions

Sean Parkinson, a seasoned veteran in the executive level technology space, has joined Source 1 Solutions, based in Clearwater.

Parkinson, previously in retirement, spent his career working for international companies like Siemens, Vodafone, T-Systems, and Orange Business Services. As a global technology executive, he led geographically dispersed business development and production teams in France, the United kingdom, United States and the Middle East.

“I’m thrilled to join the team,” said Parkinson. “I look forward to stepping in and contributing to an already successful business. And I’m confident that we will continue our aggressive growth in the local Tampa Bay market as well as internationally.”

At Source 1 Solutions Parkinson will be president and chief operating officer, responsible for strategic growth targets, developing sales teams locally and internationally as well as fostering a channel program.

“Sean is a powerful addition to our team,” said Robert Hessel, Source 1 Solutions’ CEO. “He has a wealth of experience, along with vast technical expertise. We’re lucky to have him on board and feel honored that we were able to draw him out of retirement to help lead our company through our next phase of growth.”

Source 1 Solutions is a global IT service provider with a technical network spanning across more than 110 countries that specializes in supply chain management, unified communications, data networking, Wi-Fi and data centers, electronic security and network security solutions.
